Cameroonian international, Alex Song has announced his retirement from football.
Alex Song, the formal Arsenal skipper who played for the Gunners between 2005-2012 has been playing for Arta/Solar7 in Niger since 2020.
Alex Song played for other clubs like Charlton Athletic, Barcelona, Westham, Ruben Khazan, and Sion.
The former Cameroonian international won 49 caps for the national team. The 36-year-old played for the Indomitable Lions between 2005 and 2014.
