The Ministry of Youth and Sports has directed the Ghana Football Association to overhaul the management committee of the Black Stars following the poor display in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.
Ghana’s campaign ended in the group stage after taking just one point from three games in Group C, playing against Morocco, Gabon and Comoros respectively.
The Black Stars finished bottom in the group standings and turned out to be the poorest campaign the four-time champions have seen since their maiden appearance at the continental event.
The Ministry scheduled a meeting with the GFA executives in the early hours on Friday, January 21 to discuss the performance of the team in Cameroon while discussing about the plans ahead.
