Dutch-born Ghana striker Brian Brobbey was on target for the second successive time as Ajax won 2:1 against PSV Eindhoven in the top rankings of the Dutch Eredivisie on Sunday.
PSV slipped back to second place in the table with its defeat, the league being led again by Ajax after the 15th round.
Even if the first half wasn’t too eventful, Ajax’s will prevailed throughout the match.
Brobbey who is currently on loan from Leipzig opened the scoring in the 34th minute- just from the ball that hit the second goal in the match.
At the beginning of the second half Mario Götze leveled, but the German world champion’s hair shot only brought the home team back into the match for a short time.
Mazraui determined to shoot and bombarded defenselessly from 20 meters into the top right, scoring three points for Erik ten Hag’s team.
Brian Brobbey who has scored two goals in his first two games for Ajax Amsterdam this season, was however, subbed in the 36th minute following an injury he picked after scoring the goal. He was replaced by Danilo.
