The Confédération Africaine de Football (“CAF”) and Suzuki Motor Corporation have concluded an agreement making Suzuki an Official Global Partner of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025 and TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2026.

The agreement was signed in Hamamatsu, Japan, on 11 November 2025 by CAF General Secretary Véron Mosengo-Omba and Yusuke Kato, Managing Officer, Executive General Manager, Automobile Marketing, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Suzuki Motor Corporation.

Under the agreement, Suzuki will serve as Official Global Partner for four major CAF tournaments: the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025, TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2026, TotalEnergies CAF Champions League 2026/27 and the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup 2026/27.

As part of the partnership, CAF and Suzuki will collaborate to enhance fan engagement, celebrate African football excellence, and strengthen CAF’s global commercial platform.

Yusuke Kato, Managing Officer and Executive General Manager, Automobile Marketing, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Suzuki Motor Corporation, added:

“We are very pleased to have concluded a sponsorship agreement with CAF. Sport has the power to connect people and nurture hope for the future. Through this partnership, we aim to further strengthen the ties between Suzuki, soccer, and Africa, enhancing Suzuki’s brand presence across the continent. We will continue to support the lives of all who love soccer by delivering the joy of mobility and enriching their daily lives.”

As CAF and Suzuki embark on this new partnership, they invite fans, communities, and businesses across Africa and beyond to join in celebrating the spirit of African football, a legacy built on unity, opportunity and excellence.
