CAF has selected referee Rédouane Jiyed from Morocco to officiate the upcoming match between Young Africans and Ghana’s Medeama Sporting Club in Tanzania.
Following a 1-1 draw in their last encounter, the Ghanaian Champions are set to face Young Africans again, this time in Tanzania.
The appointed officiating team includes Lahsen Azgaou as Assistant I, Mostafa Akarkad as Assistant II, and Karim Sabry as the Fourth Official, all hailing from Morocco.
The Confederation of African Football has also designated Makur Majok Kariom Majok Mabil from South Sudan as the Match Commissioner, while Alberto Daniel Razafitsitamy from Madagascar will serve as the Referee Assessor.
Ali Mwebe from Uganda is named the General Coordinator, and Siyabulela Andisiwe Gantsho from South Africa will assume the role of Security Officer.
The Young Africans vs. Medeama SC match is scheduled for Wednesday, December 20, with a kickoff time of 16:00 GMT at the National Stadium in Dar Es Salaam.
