CR Belouizdad coach Marcos Paqueta has unveiled their strategy ahead of the upcoming CAF Champions League clash against Medeama.
The Algerian side will face the Ghanaian champions at the Baba Yara Stadium on Friday evening in second group game.
In a pre-match presser in Kumasi, Paqueta revealed strategic preparations, acknowledging a thorough analysis of the Medeama team’s weaknesses.
”We have reviewed the Medeama team and worked on exploiting their weaknesses. We will keep the same way of playing both at home and away.”
The Brazilian tactician emphasized the importance of avoiding mistakes, framing the match as part of their destiny.
“In matches like this, we shouldn’t make mistakes, and we will treat the match as if it is our destiny,” he emphasized during the pre-match press conference.
Displaying unwavering confidence, the coach asserted their indifference towards the opponents, declaring a clear intention to secure a win.
“We don’t care about the opponents, and we will go into the match with the intention of winning.”
