Ghana’s Black Satellites are ready for action as coach Desmond Ofei has named his starting eleven to face Senegal today at 6pm in the 2025 CAF U-20 Championship in Egypt.
The team will be hoping for a win after drawing 1-1 against DR Congo in their first match of the tournament. With a strong lineup, the players are confident and ready to give their best.
Gidios Aseako will start in goal as the goalkeeper. He will be the last line of defense, doing his best to stop Senegal from scoring. Ofori McCarthy is the team captain and will lead the squad on the field.
Also in the starting team are DaCosta Antwi, Emmanuel Mensah, Lord Afrifa, Abdul Aziz Issah, Jerry Afriyie, Joseph Amankwaa Hopoku, Aaron Essel, Phenyi-Denis Marfo, and Musibau Aziz. These players will work together to try and bring home a big win for Ghana.
It promises to be an exciting match, and the Black Satellites will aim to take all three points.
