The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has unveiled the fixtures for the 2023/24 betPawa Premier League, and Asante Kotoko’s opening five games are set to provide an intriguing mix of home advantage and challenging away encounters.

The highly anticipated league season is scheduled to commence on September 15, with Kotoko ready to kick-off their campaign with an exciting clash against Heart of Lions at the Baba Yara Stadium. The opening match promises to be a thrilling contest as Kotoko aims to secure a strong start to their title pursuit in front of their passionate home fans.

For their second fixture, Kotoko will hit the road, making a journey to Bibiani to face Gold Stars at the Dun’s Park. The encounter against the newly-promoted side offers Kotoko an opportunity to maintain their momentum and clinch a crucial away victory.

Back at their fortress, the Baba Yara Stadium, Kotoko will welcome Karela United on Matchday 3. This home fixture presents a chance for the Porcupines to build on their early-season form and secure three points in front of their passionate supporters.

On Matchday 4, Kotoko faces a challenging away fixture, traveling to Accra to take on Accra Lions. The clash against the Lions will demand focus and determination as Kotoko aims to secure a positive result on foreign soil.

Returning to their home ground on Matchday 5, Kotoko will once again have the advantage of playing at the Baba Yara Stadium, where they will face Aduana Stars. The encounter against Aduana promises to be a high-stakes battle, and Kotoko will be determined to secure a vital home win.

With a mix of home and away matches against various opponents, Asante Kotoko will be eager to showcase their strength and competitive spirit in the early stages of the season.
