Ghanaian forward Callum Hudson-Odoi has not been given a squad number ahead of the 2023-24 English Premier League by Mauricio Pochettino.
The Chelsea has told the Ghana target he’s not in his plans going into the new season after the player failed to impress the Argentine during the pre-season training camp.
Hudson-Odoi, who spent last season on loan at Germany Bundesliga side Bayer 04 Leverkusen has been out of favour at Chelsea as the Blues are set to offload him on permanent basis before the start of the 2023-24 campaign.
He wasn’t together with Belgium top scorer Romelu Lukaku given any squad number ahead of the 2023-24 which starts on Friday, August 11, 2023.
The English-born Ghanaian is deemed surplus to requirement at Chelsea presently and is expected to leave the club before the end of the 2023 summer transfer window.
