Italian youth defender of Ghanaian origin Claud Adjapong has joined Serie B side Ascoli on a three-year deal.
Adjapong joined the second tier club from Sassuolo for a fee of 2 Million Euros with few hours to the end of the summer transfer window.
He played last season loan at Reggina where he made a good impression despite injury setbacks.
Adjapong burst into the scene in 2016 when he was promoted to the Sassuolo senior team as a teenager.
He boasts of 37 Serie A and 39 Serie B appearances already in his career.
