Ghanaian giant Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC were held at home in a pre-season friendly game against Nsoatreman FC ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.
The Porcupine Warriors drew goalless at home to the Green and Yellow outfits at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Sunday afternoon.
Both teams used the game to assess their strength ahead of the start of the 2023-24 season next weekend across the country with playing host to Kpando Hearts of Lions on Sunday at 6pm.
Nsoatreman FC on the other hand will entertain régional rivals Bechem United FC at home in their opening game of the season.
Both teams created good openings but failed to find the back of the net as it ended a an entertaining 0-0 draw in Kumasi.
