Dreams FC coach Vladislav Viric has revealed the secrets behind his successes at the club so far this campaign after taking the Dawu-based club.
Speaking to the press, the Serbian tactician attributed his team’s current run of form to the brilliance and intelligence of the players and their ability to to capture what he teaches at training.
“it wasn’t easy but because the players are very intelligent they didn’t find it difficult to adapt to my game plan and tactics and that has contributed to our current run of form”, he said.
“The players are very fast learners and they are able to understand what I want them to do for the with ease and that helps us a lot as a team.”
According to the Serbian tactician, he told his players to work hard and approach every game with seriously and also work as a team both in defense and in attack and that has been their secret to chalking up good results in their recent matches.
“The players respects me a lot and listens to me very well and I since I told them to defend as a team and attack as a team fighting for each other in every game they have done just that and that’s why we’re playing better and getting good results in the league”, he concluded.
