Medeama SC president, Moses Armah, believes that the current Black Stars squad will beat the 2010 lineup.
Ghana reached its heights in World football in 2010, making it to the quarter-finals of the World Cup in South Africa.
Armah believes that the current crop of players which include Inaki Williams and Tariq Lamptey can beat the 2010 team.
“Current Black Stars setup will beat the previous record set in 2010,” he told TV3.
“Otto Addo is a great coach. With likes of Inaki Williams, Tariq Lamptey coming in, it makes us much stronger,” he added.
Ghana will face Brazil on Friday and Nicaragua on Tuesday.
