Apollon Limassol FC has officially signed highly-rated Ghanaian midfielder Clinton Duodu in a permanent deal from Ghana Premier League side Bechem United.
The 18-year-old talent has inked a contract with the Cypriot giants, keeping him at the club until May 2027.
Duodu, born on June 20, 2005, has rapidly emerged as one of Ghana’s most exciting young prospects. He made his professional debut for Bechem United at the age of 15 during the 2020-2021 season and has since become a pivotal player for the club.
In the 2023-2024 campaign, Duodu played 24 matches, bringing his total appearances for Bechem United to an impressive 96 games. Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated his skill as a dynamic midfielder, netting seven goals and contributing to his team’s attacking play.
Duodu’s standout performances have also earned him international recognition, with call-ups to the Ghana U17, U20, and U23 national teams.
His move to Apollon Limassol marks a significant step in his promising career, as he looks to make his mark in European football.
