Former GFA Vice President, Fred Pappoe, has advised Ghanaians to not be too quick to call for the sack of current Black Stars head coach Otto Addo.
The Black Stars have struggled in friendlies over the last two years, winning just three out of nine. Fans believe that Otto Addo is not fit for the job and should be sacked.
But Pappoe has a different view.
“We should not confuse ourselves by calling for the sack of the coach due to the performance of the team from a friendly match,” Fred Pappoe shared.
The former Ghana FA vice president added, “We should not be quick to pass judgment on whether Otto Addo is good or bad, to me he is good. We cannot change him at this time, for me that will be suicidal.”
Ghana have been drawn against Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea in Group H of the World Cup.
