Aboubakar Ouattara, the head coach of Hearts of Oak, encourages supporters to provide constructive criticism to the team when necessary.
However, he emphasizes the importance of refraining from insults directed at himself, players, or board members during tough times.
“I like criticism. I just don’t like insults. If you insult me that’s not football. If you come and insult me or my parents that’s not football. I want us to have the love for the club because I know it’s only someone who likes you who will criticize you. Don’t leave me and go and insult Togbe. I’m ready for the criticisms,” Coach Aboubakar Ouattara said in an interview.
Additionally, Coach Ouattara invites fans to attend training sessions at the Pobiman Complex, fostering engagement and unity between the team and supporters.
With the unwavering support of the fans, Hearts of Oak aims to elevate their performance and contend for the Ghana Premier League title.
