Dreams FC’s administrative manager, Ameenu Shardow, issued a warning after their victory over Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
Following their remarkable 1-0 win against the Porcupine Warriors on November 5, 2023, during matchday 9 in Kumasi, Shardow emphasized that Dreams FC is no longer a small club that can be easily defeated.
Abdul Aziz Issah’s stunning free-kick, which got past Danlad in the goalpost, secured all three points for the Still Believe as they returned to Dawu with the win.
Shardow stressed that other Premier League contenders should recognize that Dreams FC’s status has risen, particularly because they are now competing in the CAF inter-club championship, making them no longer minnows to be taken lightly.
“At this point in time, you must know Dreams FC is playing in the CAF inter-club championship and so our status has risen. We are no longer a small club to be trounced by any other club.”
