Ghanaian central midfielder Alfred Duncan is elated with Fiorentina’s win over Sampdoria in the round of 16 game of the Italian Cup.
Duncan bossed the La Viola midfield alongside Sofyan Amrabat as they pipped one of their sworn rivals by a goal to nothing.
“Today the coach asked us to go all out in order to be able to give continuity to the performances and I think we did it. Luckily the result has arrived, we want to honor this competition. We are happy with what we did today.” He stated
The 29-year-old central midfielder has been linked with a move to Torino with a year left on his contract.
