Emmanuel Toku delivered a sensational performance by scoring two goals to power Buriram United to a commanding 6-0 victory over Khon Kaen United in the quarterfinals of the Thai FA Cup.

The emphatic win secured Buriram United a place in the semifinals of the prestigious domestic competition, with Toku playing a central role in the dominant display. The former Black Starlets forward was sharp, energetic and clinical in front of goal, proving once again why he remains an important figure for the Thai giants.

Toku found the back of the net twice in the one-sided encounter, capitalising on defensive lapses and showcasing his composure inside the penalty area. His movement off the ball and ability to position himself at the right place at the right time caused constant problems for the Khon Kaen United backline throughout the match.

Buriram United controlled proceedings from the opening whistle, dictating the tempo and creating numerous scoring opportunities. Their attacking intensity overwhelmed their opponents, resulting in a comprehensive six-goal triumph that left little doubt about their superiority on the day.

Toku’s brace not only highlighted his individual quality but also underlined his growing influence within the squad as the season progresses. The Ghanaian attacker has continued to build momentum, and his latest performance in the FA Cup further strengthens his case as a key attacking weapon for the club.

His compatriot, Kingsley Schindler, also featured in the match and put in a solid shift before being substituted in the 65th minute. Schindler contributed to the team’s attacking movements and maintained width on the flanks, helping stretch the opposition defence during his time on the pitch.

The victory keeps Buriram United firmly on course for domestic silverware as they advance to the semifinal stage with confidence and momentum. With players like Emmanuel Toku stepping up in crucial fixtures, the club will be optimistic about their chances of lifting the Thai FA Cup at the end of the campaign.

For Ghanaian football followers, Toku’s standout performance serves as another reminder of the talent emerging from the country and making an impact on the international stage.
