German Regionalliga side Energie Cottbus are on the heels of Ghanaian central midfielder Stephan Mensah.
Mensah who is owned by Unterhaching played on loan at Rosenheim where he made a great impact and now Energie Cottbus wants to have him.
Cottbus are prepared to pay 200,000 Euros for the 21-year-old midfielder whereas Unterhaching also prefers a loan deal as they believe they can cash him big on him later.
Mensah was born to a German mother and a Ghanaian father and is yet to be capped at any level.
