Ghana international midfielder Thomas Partey sat out for the fifth straight game at Arsenal due to an injury he suffered in against Crystal Palace early last month.
Arsenal won 2-1 at West Ham United on Sunday without perhaps their best midfielder but the likes of Mohamed Elneny , Martin Odegaard and Xhaka are doing the job well for the Gunners.
The Black Stars midfielder is expected to play a big role for Ghana at the 2022 FFIA World Cup finals later this year.
