French club Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace have announced the signing of English-born Ghanaian youngster Omari Jamian Kellyman.
The promising 20-year old attacking midfielder joins from Chelsea FC and has signed a contract with the club until 2031.
Omari Kellyman began his football career at Derby County, his hometown club, where he played for ten years before joining Aston Villa in 2022.
With the Villans, he made his professional debut at 17 in August 2023, providing an assist against Hibernian in the UEFA Conference League. He made a total of six appearances for the first team, including two in the Premier League. During this period, he also won seven caps for the England U19 national team.
In the summer of 2024, Omari Kellyman joined Chelsea FC, before joining Cardiff City on loan for the 2025-2026 season. He made 42 appearances in all competitions for the Welsh club, including 36 in League One, scoring 11 goals and providing 2 assists.
