Brighton & Hove Albion and Leeds United are in a heated pursuit of Ghanaian forward Edmund Baidoo, who has been making waves in Norway’s second-tier league with Sogndal Fotball.
The 18-year-old sensation has racked up nine goals and seven assists in the first half of the season, catching the attention of several top European clubs.
The Premier League duo have already made contact with Baidoo and his representatives, with Brighton reportedly leading the charge.
Leeds United, who narrowly missed out on promotion to the top flight last season, are also in the mix for the talented attacker’s signature.
But they’re not the only ones interested in Baidoo’s services. Scottish giants Celtic and Belgian side Club Brugge KV are also keen on securing his signature.
With his contract running until 2027, Baidoo’s future looks promising as he continues to attract attention from top European teams.
