Ernest Nuamah, a talented Ghanaian youngster, has joined his FC Nordsjaelland teammates in Austria for pre-season training.
Despite recently making his debut for the Ghana national team in the AFCON qualifiers and being part of the Black Meteors team at the Africa U23 Cup of Nations, the young winger has had little time to rest. Following Ghana’s early elimination from the competition, Nuamah swiftly returned to his club to commence preparations for the upcoming season.
Although the 19-year-old missed some friendly matches, he is expected to resume his impressive form from last season as the Danish team intensifies their training in the mountainous regions of Austria.
Nordsjaelland will be facing Olympiakos FC and FC Magdeburg in friendlies on Friday before concluding their tour of Austria.
Joining Nuamah are his compatriots Ibrahim Osman and goalkeeper Emmanuel Owura.
Notably, the Right to Dream Academy graduate was awarded the Player of the Season title in Denmark last season.
