Ghana forward Kwabena Owusu scored for is team Ferencvaros as they defeated Hamrun Spartans in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifications.
The Ghanaian international was a second half substitute when his side thrashed Hamrun 6-1 at the Ta’Qali National Stadium in Malta in the first leg of the third round of the qualifiers on Thursday night.
The player was introduced in the 57th minute and made instant impact by scoring in his team’s emphatic win.
Mohammed Abu Fani from Israel shot the visitors ahead after just three minutes as the ended the first half with a one goal advantage.
Back from recess, Ferencvaros bettered their performance and incredibly scored five more goals to seal a resounding victory.
