Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC midfielder, Richmond Lamptey has reacted to his team’s victory over Aduana Stars FC in Dormaa on Saturday afternoon.
The former Inter Allies FC player scored the second goal for the Red and Whites outfit as they recorded their first ever win away at Aduana.
Lamptey was a key figure and factor in Kotoko’s win over the Fire Lads to end their hoodoo against the Green and Whites outfit on the road.
Georges Mfegue scored in the first half after just 19 minutes to put the Porcupine Warriors in a 1-0 lead after a brilliant start to the game.
Lamptey dominated the midfield for the Kotoko side in a game they thoroughly deserved to win.
Officially, Happy New Year to the Porcupine family. Nothing is impossible. pic.twitter.com/FlWX3XidJ7

Lamptey scored a last-gasp goal to make it 2-0 to Kotoko who had never scored a goal in an official Ghana Premier League game to emerge victors at the end of the one-sided match.
