Ghanaian defender Gideon Acquah has signed a five-month loan deal with Croatian outfit NK Istra.
The budding centre-back moves to the Croatian topflight side on loan from Spanish lower tier side UD Montijo as he seeks top level experience.
Acquah, 21, previously played for Ghanaian outfit Medeama SC before moving to the Under 19 side of Extremadura in the summer of 2018.
He made three appearances in the ongoing season for Montijo before being loaned out.
