Ghanaian defender Stephen Anokye Badu has signed for Iraqi Premier League club Al Najaf FC.
Badu, 24, joins the Iraqi giants on a two-year deal after parting ways with Kuwaiti club Al-Tadamon SC where he spent two years.
He is expected to bring stability in the back four of the “Desert Gazelles” as they continue their quest to win the Iraqi top-flight title.
Badu previously played for BA United, Aduana Stars as well as Omani club Sohar SC.
