Golden Kick SC center-back Baba Adamu is on the verge of completing a move to Accra Hearts of Oak, in what is shaping up to be one of the club’s key signings ahead of the new season.
The promising defender is expected to sign a three-year contract with the Phobians later today, pending the successful completion of his medical examination.
Sources close to the deal have confirmed that all parties have reached an agreement, and the official announcement will be made once medicals are cleared.
Baba Adamu has been on the radar of several top-flight clubs following a string of impressive performances in the lower division, but it is Hearts of Oak who have won the race for his signature.
The 20-year-old is widely regarded as a rising star, known for his composure, strength, and aerial presence. His arrival is expected to bolster the club’s defense as Hearts of Oak look to bounce back stronger in the coming campaign.
