Our outfit can report that Bournemouth, were on Thursday, 19th January, 2023 willing to pay £10million to Bristol City to complete the deal. However, the Championship club, have emphatically told Bournemouth topple their offer with additional £2million before they sanction the transfer.

As things stand, Semenyo is out of contract at the end of the season. But Bristol City are expected to exercise the option that allows him to pen another 12 months.
Bournemouth have lost all six games since returning from the World Cup break, four of them in the Premier League, and have dropped to 17th place, sitting just one point above the relegation zone.
But they will hope to further boost their squad by sealing a deal for 23-year-old Bristol City striker Semenyo.
The Ghana international has scored six times in 23 outings for the Ashton Gate club this season.
