Former Ghana U17 & U-20 left-back Gideon Acquah, has signed for Croatian First League side NK Istra 1961 on loan from Spanish club UD Montijo, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.
The former Medeama SC defender who has a contract with UD Montijo until year 2025, is joining the Croatian First League side until June 2023.
Gideon has been a key part of UD Montijo in recent years, reaching promotion to 2nd RFEF as a starter in the 20 games he played.
He is expected to help the Croatian club excel in the league with his vast experience.
