Ghanaian forward Ransford Yeboah Konigsdorffer has joined Hamburg SV on a three-year deal from Dynamo Dresden.
Sportsworldghana.com can confirm that Yeboah had his medicals in a private hospital in Hamburg on Tuesday afternoon and he has already appended his signature to the deal.
Yeboah, 20, netted five goals and provided 5 assists in thirty league games last season which attracted Hamburg to pay 1.2 Million Euros for his services.

He previously played for Hertha Berlin and he has been capped by Germany at under 21 level.
