Ghanaian winger Ricky Korboa has joined English national league side Woking FC on a two-year deal.
Korboa, 25 moves to the Surrey based club from Sutton where he scored thrice in twenty league games last season.
Woking manager Darren Sarll was elated with the acquisition of Korboa as he believes he can help their quest to qualifier for League 2 in the coming season..
“Ricky is a player that fits all of the dimensions in which we are trying to take the recruitment of the club.” Sarll indicated.
“He’s a good age, has experience in the EFL and experience in non-league.
“He’s committed now for two years which is a benefit to me in terms of having the time to work with him.
“He’s exciting, athletic, creative, and to me, if he can develop his goalscoring ratio, we’ve got a very good player on our hands.” Sarll added.
Korboa previously also played for Northampton and Carshalton Athletic.
