Japanese-born Ghanaian youngster Hisashi Appiah Tawiah has signed for J1 League side Vegalta Sendai FC on a one-year deal.
Appiah, 22, joins the Japanese top-flight side on a permanent deal after playing for them on loan last season from RKU.
The young central defender is considered a great prospect and a player who will be very useful to the club as he continues to mature.
Born to a Ghanaian father and a Japanese mother in the city of Aichi, Appiah has already been capped at Under 21 level by the Asian country though he is still eligible to play for Ghana.
He is the second player of Ghanaian connection Vegalta have signed this season acquired former Black Starlets midfielder Emmanuel Oti on free transfer.
