English Premier League side Liverpool FC has renewed its interest in signing Ghanaian forward Kamaldeen Sulemana during the upcoming summer transfer window, Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively report.

In the final match of the season, the 22-year-old impressed by scoring two goals in Southampton’s 4-4 draw against Liverpool at Saint Mary’s. Jurgen Klopp, the manager of Liverpool, took notice of Sulemana’s performance and has revived his interest in acquiring the talented Ghanaian winger for the Anfield squad.
Liverpool had previously been linked with Sulemana when he was still playing for Rennes, with Fichajes reporting the club’s interest before his move to Southampton in January.
As Liverpool seeks to strengthen its squad for the upcoming season, Kamaldeen Sulemana has emerged as a potential target due to his promising talent and the affordability of the potential transfer.
The speedy and agile forward featured for Ghana in the 2022 World Cup held in Qatar, where he was recognized as the fastest player of the tournament despite his country’s early exit.
Sulemana has also been named in Ghana’s squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Madagascar, which will take place later this month.
