Turkish giants Besiktas are interested in signing Ghanaian defender Alexander Djiku in the impending summer transfer window.
The Black Eagles have struggled at the back this season and manager Valerien Ismael has made Djiku his number one defensive target as he seeks to strengthen his team for next season.

Sportsworldghana.com understands Ismael sent scouts to watch Djiku in Strasbourg 1-0 defeat to Lille over the weekend and the reports brought to him were positive.

Besiktas will attempt to sign Djiku for 7 Million Euros in June with just a year left on his existing contract.
He has made 28 Ligue 1 appearances this season scoring one goal.
