IF Elfsborg defender Terry Yegbe, has emerged as transfer target for several clubs in Europe following his impressive outings in the 2024/25 Swedish Allsvenskan.
Yegbe, 23, who earlier this week, received his maiden call-up by Ghana boss Otto Addo for the final two games of the Morocco 2025 Africa Cup of Nations – AFCON qualifiers against Angola and Niger, is attracting interest from English clubs namely Sheffield United, Crystal Palace and Fulham.
Also interested in signing the Ghanaian international are German sides Freiburg and Union Berlin, Sportsworldghana.com understands as reported by fotbolltrasnfers.
IF Elfsborg signed Terry Yegbe from Finnish SJK Seinäjoki for this season. The former Vision FC defender signed a contract that extends through 2028.
The Ghanaian centre-back quickly took a place in Elfsborg’s starting eleven and has since become an integral member of the club’s squad. Yegbe has delivered three goals and one assist in 22 Allsvenskan games during his debut season.
Additionally, Yegbe has also played one cup match and twelve games in the Europa League, including the qualifiers.
