Emmanuel Poku is attracting growing attention in the Netherlands after an impressive season with Almere City FC, with reports claiming that FC Twente are seriously monitoring his progress ahead of a potential move.

The 20-year-old winger has enjoyed a strong campaign in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie, where he has registered 9 goals and 6 assists in 35 appearances. His direct style of play, pace, and attacking confidence have made him one of the standout young attackers in the league.

Poku is especially known for his explosive speed, with reports suggesting he can reach up to 38 km/h. That pace makes him a constant threat on the wing, often leaving defenders struggling to keep up.

His ability to carry the ball quickly and create chances has been a key feature of his game this season. The talented winger also comes from a footballing family. He is the younger brother of Ernest Poku, who currently plays for Bayer Leverkusen.

The comparison between the two has naturally drawn more attention to Emmanuel as he continues to develop his own career path.Despite the strong interest from FC Twente, Poku remains under contract with Almere City until 2027, meaning any potential transfer would likely require serious negotiations.

Still, with his performances improving and his reputation growing, it is clear that bigger opportunities may not be far away. If he maintains this form, Emmanuel Poku could soon become one of the next Ghana-linked talents to make a major step in European football.
