Mohamed Kudus is a bonafide playmaker

Mohammed Kudus scored his 5th goal in seven games for West Ham at the Brentford Community Stadium in his 3rd straight start for West Ham in their 3-2 defeat against Brentford in all competitions.

Star Boy, as he is affectionately called by Ghanaian football fans equalised for West Ham with a sumptuous acrobatic kick that left the Brentford keeper, Mark Flekken high and dry after meeting a pinpoint accurate cross from Michail Antonio.

Mo Kudus scores back-to-back goals for West Ham for the first time in his short Hammers career. A world-class touch accompanied by a fine powerful finesse on Wednesday night at the London Olympic Stadium doubled the Hammers’s lead in the Carabao Cup against West Ham’s London rivals Arsenal in a deserved 3-0 win. Star Boy has finally settled and massive credit to David Moyes for slowly integrating him into the West Ham side.

The Hammers paid 43 million Euros for his signature in the summer and many fans were wondering why he was constantly making cameos in the Premier League.

The 23-year-old Ghanaian international made his Premier League debut on November 1st in Westham’s 2-1 away victory over Luton Town.

He enjoyed just a minute on the pitch. Star Boy didn’t start against Man City (24 mins), Liverpool (17 mins), Sheffield United (19 mins), Newcastle United (15 mins) and Aston Villa (24mins) in Westham’s next five games. He scored his first Premier League goal vs Newcastle in a 2-2 draw at the London Stadium in MD8.

In MD10, he got his dream start and played the entire 90 minutes albeit Westham lost 1-0 vs Everton at home. In Mo Kuds’s second Premier League start at a London rival Brentford, Star Boy announced his presence to English Premier League aficionados with a wonderful goal.

In total, Mohammed Kudus has scored 11 goals for club and country so far this season. Five goals in 7 starts for Westhan is value for money for David Moyes. Westham fans will enjoy the campaign as they have a bonafide playmaker in Mohammed Kudus.

Another African is ready to star in the English Premier League. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s welcome Star Boy Mohamed Kudus to English football.
