The FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Costa Rica 2022 qualifiers will reach their final round next March.
Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria and Uganda have all clinched a place for this final stage.
Ghana posted a 7:1 aggregate win over Uganda to book qualification to the final round of the qualifiers.
Meanwhile, only two teams will represent Africa at the World Cup.
