Ghanaian forward Evans Mensah continued his fine form with a powerful goal for HJK Helsinki as they recorded a 5-0 home win over VPS FC in the Finnish league.
The former Inter Allies attacker slotted home HJK’s second and third on the afternoon on the 25th and 57th minutes after Vincent O’Shaughnessy scored the opener in the 22nd minute.
E. Auvinen (OG), 74th, and R. Peiponen 90’+1 were the other goalscorers.
With a bright start to this season’s campaign, the former Inter Allies forward has been superb so far this season.
He has now scored 3 goals in the Veikkausliiga from 13 games after 15 matches played, scoring 3 goals in his last 2 games.
