The Football Association has officially opened applications for the position of FIFA Talent Development Scheme Regional Lead Scout as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots football across the country.
Under the new recruitment initiative, two qualified individuals will be appointed to supervise scouting activities across Ghana’s ten football regions. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in identifying promising young talents and supporting their development into future stars.
The appointment forms part of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme, a global initiative aimed at improving grassroots football systems, spotting emerging players at an early stage and creating a clear, sustainable pathway for elite football development within member associations.
The Association is encouraging interested and suitably qualified applicants to thoroughly study the outlined requirements and ensure their submissions meet all stated guidelines.
Applications must be submitted via email to info@ghanafa.org no later than Tuesday, March 10, 2026. The Association has emphasized that late entries will not be accepted.
