Reports indicate that Kasim Ocansey Mingle, the coach of Bechem United, has signed a contract to become the new head coach of Nations FC, a recently promoted team in the Ghana Premier League.
Nations FC, having earned promotion from the Division One League, have aspirations of establishing themselves as a competitive club in the top flight.
According to Kessben FM based in Kumasi, Kasim Mingle has agreed to a three-year contract to lead the club in the upcoming season.
The newly appointed coach is expected to be officially unveiled on Thursday, June 29, 2023.
Johnson Smith, who successfully guided the team to promotion, will serve as an assistant to the former Bechem United boss.
Kasim Mingle has built a strong reputation as one of the top coaches in the domestic league, showcasing consistent performance in recent seasons.
Under his leadership, Bechem United accumulated 54 points in 34 matches during the Ghana Premier League campaign.
