Former Eleven Wonders FC star player Zakaria Mugeese found the back of the net for SC Ashdod in the Israeli Premier League on Saturday.
He was among the goal scorers as he helped his team to beat Hapoel Hadera on the road in round 19 in the Israeli Ligat HaAl.
The former Ghana youth star came from the bench to seal victory for Ashdod as they recorded their second away win with a 2-0 scoreline in the 2022-23 campaign in the end.
Mohamad Kanaan scored the opening goal of the match seven minutes into the second half after being set up by Naor Sabag at Netanya Stadium following a goalless first 45 minutes of the match.
The Ghana forward was introduced into the game two minutes later when he took the place of forward Roei Ben Shimon.
The 21-year-old forward formerly of Eleven Wonders and Dreams FC rounded off the victory for Ashdod with a goal in stoppage with an assist from Yaakov Brihon.
