Former Ghana first choice goalkeeper Dauda Fatau has been named as the goalkeepers trainer for the Black Satellites team.
The former Obuasi Ashantigold SC goalie gets his first national team appointment since announcing his retirement some few months ago as he joins former Hearts of Oak SC head coach Samuel Boadu for the job.
He will work together with Board, who takes over from Coach Karim Zito as the Black Satellites head coach for the next assignment.
Dauda was the first choice goalkeeper for Ghana’s Black Stars at the 2014 FIFA World Cup tournament in Brazil when Ghana had only one point.
He did not only feature for Ghana at the FIFA World Cup in Brazil in 2014 but also played in three Africa Cup of Nations tournaments in 2013, 2015 and 2017 respectively.
