Former Ghana striker, Kwesi Appiah has wished his former teammates and the entire Black Stars well ahead of their Africa Cup of Nations opener against Morocco on Monday.
The former Crystal Palace man played at the Afcon 2015 when Ghana reached the final of the tournament only to lose to Ivory Coast on penalties.
At the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations tournament, the Ghana striker, Kwesi Appiah won the Samsung Fair Play Player award.
He played five matches and scored one goal and provided one assist as Ghana won silver after losing 9-8 on penalties to Ivory Coast in Bata.
Appiah also for his exploits won man of the match in Ghana’s 3-0 quarter-final win over Guinea.

Brings back so many life changing memories! Wishing all the best to my brothers”, he wrote on social media.
Appiah hardly got chances to play for Ghana again at major tournaments after his lack of competitive games at club level.
Black Stars goes head to head with the Atlas Lions of Morocco tomorrow in their first AFCON game at the 33rd edition in Cameroon.
