Former Hearts of Oak prodigy, Bernard Obuo, has set his sights on a future with English football giants, Manchester City.
This talented winger currently finds himself without a club, having amicably parted ways with the Phobians at the conclusion of the previous season. Obuo’s decision to leave was driven by his desire for increased playing time in the upcoming season.
In an interview with Bryt FM, based in Koforidua, Bernard Obuo revealed that his ultimate aspiration is to don the jersey of the reigning UEFA Champions League champions, Manchester City. He spoke of his unwavering support for the club and expressed confidence in his talent, believing that with hard work, he can ultimately realize his dream.
“I have been a staunch supporter of Manchester City and it is my dream to play for them in the future. I have the talent and I believe if I work hard I will be able to accomplish my aim” he said.
During his time at Hearts of Oak, Obuo achieved notable success, including winning the Ghana Premier League during the 2021/22 season and clinching two FA Cup titles.
