Former King Faisal goalkeeper Stephen Awere has aided Kenpong soccer Academy to secure promotion to the division one league.
The Central regional based team won all their five games in the division one league promotional tourney which has now seen them gaining promotion to division one .
Goalkeeper Stephen Awere churned out some great performances for Kenpong Academy as he conceded only two goals in the five games they played where they scored ten goals and conceded just two in the promotional league.
Kenpong Academy defeated Betenase 3-1 in the final playoff game to secure the sole slot in the central region to play in division one football next season.
