Member of parliament for Odododiodio constituency, Nii Lante Vanderpuije has alleged the previous Football administration were involved in enriching themselves at the expense of the Black Stars.
The former Youth and Sports minister has opened up on the administration of Kwesi Nyantakyi and how they made money from the Senior national team.
Quizzed by the interviewer on what destroyed the relationship between the Ministry and the Football Association “is all about money budget, when I decided to cut down the budget, the GFA people were making a lot of money of the Black Star the national team undeservedly” the controversial Law maker said in a yet to be aired interview on Hot Issues by Kemini Amanor on tv3,
The canker of profligate spending by the Football association has continued in the new administration spear heeded by Kurt Okraku as the Black Stars displayed another lack lackluster performance which caused an early exit the AFCON.
