The Black Stars winger made substitute appearance when his outfit staged a strong comeback to beat Southampton 3-2 at the St. Mary’s Stadium.
Abdul Fatawu, has been voted as Leicester City Man of the Match after his top-notch performance helped he Foxes to complete a stunning comeback from two goals down to seal a 3-2 victory over Kamaldeen Sulemana‘s Southampton on Saturday afternoon.
Jordan Ayew’s 98th-minute trike ensured his side snatched crucial victory in their away fixture after the Black Stars disappointing results in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
It was Cameron Archer and Joe Aribo who gave the Saints a two-goal lead before the halftime break in the crucial encounter.
However, Leicester City pulled one back in the 64th-minute through Facundo Buonanotte after he was set up by Ghanaian winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.

The 20-year-old Ghanaian winger has one assist in seven Premier League games for Leicester City this season.
